Voly has also recently added a HR and payroll solution to our extensive suit of products to further support our client's needs.

Role

You will join the Training team in the Operations department and will report to the Head of Implementation and you will be responsible for the delivery of live web training to clients all over the world, internal staff training and training content creation. You must be hands-on with a hunger for learning and sharing that knowledge to an engaged audience. 

This is a crucial role for Voly as the training and implementation phase of our client’s journey is something that has a huge impact on their overall experience; it is essential to client satisfaction and long-term retention.

We don’t expect candidates to be fully knowledgeable of the Voly product from the outset but being comfortable delivering software training is essential.

Responsibilities

Client Training

  • Deliver engaging web-based training sessions for clients in line with their profile and requirements. You might also be expected to deliver in-person training sessions in client offices or on yachts across the world.   

  • Work with the Implementation team and Account Managers to ensure that all clients are successfully onboarded and have the tools and knowledge to use the software effectively

    Become a Voly software product expert

Internal L&D

  • Provide internal training for new members of staff and regular training where required to existing Operations staff including training on new Voly features and interpersonal skills

  • Set up and manage individual training sessions or group training classes; report on results and trends

Training Material (user guides, videos, webinars) & E-learning Management

  • Produce dynamic videos and written user guides that are easy to follow for external use by clients; deliver webinars on the Voly products.  

  • Work with the Product team to ensure that training material is updated in line with product releases.

  • Ensure all software feature releases are updated within our accredited E-Learning platform on Absorb.

  • Create bespoke courses to support L&D projects and help colleagues grow their skills.

Skills and experience

  • Hands-on, capable of independent learning

  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a training role (or equivalent experience)  

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, as well as with internal teams.

  • Have a creative mindset to design engaging content and bring fresh ideas to life.

  • Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment as well as take initiative and are ready to own your work.

  • Have problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing training challenges.

  • Capacity to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Desirable

  • Have experience demonstrating software to end-users

  • Speaking multiple languages is a plus!

  • Accounting experience

  • Any experience in delivering training for financial products
